Thaddius Arrington

Thaddius was a British Cavalry Officer in the Light Brigage. He was wounded at the Battle of Balaclava during the Crimean War, in 1854. He was captured by the Russians and taken to Siberia.

In Siberia, he was experimented on by someone who he thought was Russian, turned out to be a Rogue Time Agent, who was using genetic engineering to create psionic super soldiers. Thaddius aquired some psi abilities and managed to use them to escape. He stole the Time Bracelet that the Rogue Time Agent and put it on, finding himself in another time and place.

As well as psi abilites to read minds, communicate telepathically and protect him mind from attack, Thaddius was given psychic paper.

Frederick Rutherford

Fredetick worked in Bletchley Park as a code breaker during the Second World War. He was wounded during the blitz. He was in hospital when the events from the Lost Child Doctor Who Story happened, where Chula nannites turned people into gas masked patients. He was restored at the end and the nannites have stayed with him. He then continued his work at Bletchley Park, moving to breaking Russian ciphers after the war.

In 1952 he was put on decoding a strange cipher he did not know the origin of. He suspected it was alien. They turned out to be instructions to build a rudimentary Time Bracelet, which he did secretly. When he used it, he became a time agent.

Frederick continues to be carry Chula healing nannites and he can recover from most injuries given time. He also carries an engineering device attached to his arm, that functions a little like a sonic screwdriver.

Maria Lueger

Maria originally came from Salzburg Principality, 1801, while it was ruled by Napoleon. Her parents where innkeepers. She was a girl in her early 20s, Catholic, with two brothers.

She encountered what would turn out to be a Time Agent, who was staying in her parent's Inn. He was fatally wounded and gave his Time Bracelet to Maria, who put it on and her life changed forever.

Her special equipment were some mysterious, silver balls that could heal almost any injury, but she had a limited supply. The balls would glow with a bright, white light when used.

Karl Pilkerton

Karl was a loner, survivalist type from the Deep South of America in the 1990s. He is 42, with long hair, a rough beard, unkempt and starting to grey. He is a loner, paranoid, believes in conspiracy theories and isn't that smart.

In his timeline, the world came to an end in 1998 with a Zombie apocalypse. He was well placed to survive it and survived for two years pretty much alone.

He eventually was forced to leave and discovered a government facility where it appeared the Zombie Apocolypse had been caused. It turned out to be "aliens" - really Rogue Time Agents messing with the time line. He managed to fight his way to the centre of the facility. He put on a space suit and walked through a portal, looking for the source of "aliens" who had destroyed earth.

He was found by the others in the London Underground, as "The Traveller", someone they had been tasked to find. They gave him a Time Bracelet, but he refused to put it on, until a mysterious figure who turned out to be himself from the future, turned up and recommended he put the Bracelet on.

Karl has some sort of link to the Time / Space Continuum. He is able to sense distortions in the continuum and even stop time temporarily around him, with a lot of effort. Only those wearing Time Bracelets are not affected.

His agressive, outspoken and paranoid personality can make him difficult to deal with at times.
